Enter as much information as you know. For example "Smith" retrieves "Smith", "Smithson", and all authors that begin with "Smith..." as well as a few other names. The title field also includes journal abbreviation, volume and pagination. So, by entering "Can. Ent." into the title field you may find articles published in the Canadian Entomologist. You may also use * (or %) for a missing part of an author or title, e.g., "Lin*er*" (or "Lin%er%") retrieves records authored by "Lindner", "Lintner" and "Lindeberg". For a range of years, use two dots (or a hyphen) as separator, e.g., "1999..2004" (or "1999-2004").
